Requirements

ACCP rules and regulations

Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment

Open and available schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Excellent guest service skills required

Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities

Previous management or leadership experience required
